You can join the current tenant and share this beautiful property including your private bedroom for a total amount of 950 euro's (per person) per month. The 950 euro per month will be your share of the total rent and these costs include:

- Your private bedroom

- The general use of the apartment

- The advanced payment for utilities

- The internet and tv package

The entire apartment and the bedroom are offered in fully furnished condition.

This light apartment is divided over 2 floors and includes a large, private roofterrace with allmost all day sun (when it shines)! The property is fully furnished and decorated, just bring your suitcase and you can move in right away!

The first level of the apartment is where the bedrooms and bathroom is, going one further up you enter the spacious open kitchen - living area with the roofterrace. On this floor is a second toilet too.

The apartment building is located directly behind the Meent shopping street, the Pannekoekstraat and the Coolsingel. This area is surrounded by coffee places, supermarkets, restaurants and bars and in the vicinity of schools and the famous Blaak market.

Public transportation is just around the corner: both station Blaak (train, tram, metro and bus) and central station Rotterdam are on a few minutes walking!

Private parking is available for rent in the parking garage below the building.
