Layout

The first floor enters in to a hall. The hall has access to a guest toilet and a storage area. From the hall you proceed into a bright and spacious living room with a dining area. The living room has access to a balcony across the full width of the apartment. The balcony is faced south-west and has a free view over a city park.

The half open kitchen is fully equipped with a 5 burner gas cooker with traditional oven, a large “American style” fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave and a combination washing/drying machine.

The 3 bedrooms and office room are located on the second floor. The second floor enters in to a hall way. The 3 bedrooms are all  furnished with new wooden flooring, beds and wardrobes and such. Currently 2 of the 3 bedrooms are setup with double sized beds. On request one of the double sized beds can be sub divided in 2 single beds. The 4th bedroom is set up as an office space. The spacious bathroom is located in the center of the upper floor and has a bath, separate walk in shower, toilet and bathroom cabinet.

Public transport (bus, tram and metro) stops across the road and will take you to Central Station within 2 minutes. Several highways are in the immediate vicinity. Parking is possible in front of the apartment with a parking permit.
